Denny’s West Sacramento is the latest commercial business in California to finance a turnkey solar system using the zero down Power Purchase Agreement.  This PPA, financed by Spectrum Energy allows Denny’s in west sacramento to have a brand new covered parking structure. This includes a brand new LED parking lot lighting and a 105.6 kW-dc PV system for zero up front investment and positive cash flow.  The PV system will offset over $1 million in electricity costs over it’s useful life. It is also a significant upgrade in ambience and safety for customers.

The project was developed by Sol Power Energy, LLC and designed, built and financed by Spectrum Energy.
